What’s New at Solution by Lynn

We are so proud to share our 2025 Impact Report with you. Since we started in 2021, our goal has been simple: to make sure no child in our community falls through the cracks when their family hits a hard time.

Looking back at the last five years, we are most proud of these three things:

• Real Help for Real Kids: We’ve been able to step in and help over 300 children from infancy all the way through their teen years. Whether it was providing baby supplies, school shoes, or comfort items for kids in the hospital, we were there when it mattered most.
• A Community of Trust: We’ve grown from a small vision into a trusted partner for over 15 local schools and organizations like UNC Hospitals and Wake County Foster Care. We even received two anonymous donations of $7,500, which tells us that people truly believe in how we are handling their support.
• Stretching Every Dollar: We keep our costs very low so that your donations go straight to the kids. In 2025 alone, we were able to grow our savings by over $13,700, which means we are in a strong position to help even more families next year.

This report isn’t just about numbers; it’s about the 20 families we helped stabilize and the 90 mothers we supported with the resources they needed to keep going.

Putting the “Spring” in Their Step: Dress a Kid for Easter 2026

“In your Easter bonnet, with all the frills upon it… I’ll be the proudest fellow in the Easter parade.”

At Solutions by Lynn, we believe every child deserves to feel special, especially during the holidays. This year, we are on a mission to ensure that the children in our local foster care system can walk into their Easter celebrations with heads held high and a brand-new outfit to call their own.

Why Your Support Matters

We are currently supporting the Departure Drive Foster Care Program in Raleigh. This program is part of the Wake County Health & Human Services network and serves as a vital hub for foster children and families.

Foster care is often a time of great transition and uncertainty. For many of these children, “extras” like a new Sunday dress or a crisp button-down shirt are simply out of reach. By donating to Dress a Kid for Easter, you aren’t just buying clothes, you are providing a sense of normalcy, dignity, and joy to a child navigating a difficult season of life.

We are collecting cash and gift card donations to purchase Easter outfits for these amazing kids. Every dollar goes directly toward making sure a child in Wake County has a reason to smile this spring.
