Terms and Conditions

Last Updated: January 12, 2026

Welcome to Solutions by Lynn. By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. General Use and Eligibility

This website provides information about our mission to support families in need and facilitates volunteer coordination and donations. By using this site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or are using the site with the supervision of a parent or guardian.

2. Volunteer Conduct & Background Checks

Because our work involves direct interaction with children:

  • Background Checks: All volunteers applying to work with children must consent to and pass a criminal background check.

  • Code of Conduct: Volunteers agree to abide by our Safety Policy. We reserve the right to terminate a volunteer relationship at any time for conduct deemed harmful to the children or the organization.

  • Accuracy: You agree to provide truthful and accurate information on all volunteer application forms.

3. Donations and Financial Contributions

  • Finality: All donations are made voluntarily and are generally non-refundable.

  • Tax Documentation: Solutions by Lynn is a registered 501(c)(3)] nonprofit. Tax receipts will be issued via the email provided during the donation process.

  • Third-Party Processors: We use secure third-party payment processors. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers.

4. Requests for Assistance ("Get Help")

  • No Guarantee of Service: While we strive to help every family, submitting a "Get Help" form does not guarantee the receipt of items (clothes, food, etc.). Assistance is provided based on current inventory and volunteer availability.

  • Truthfulness: Applicants must provide honest information regarding their needs to ensure resources are distributed fairly.

  • Liability: Items provided (especially baby gear and food) are donated by third parties. Solutions by Lynn is not liable for defects or issues arising from the use of donated goods.

5. Privacy and Data Collection

Your privacy is critical to us. Data collected through our contact, volunteer, and assistance forms is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

  • We do not sell your data.

  • Information provided on "Get Help" forms is kept confidential and only shared with essential staff/volunteers required to fulfill the request.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including logos, text, and images of our work, is the property of Solutions by Lynn and may not be used without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Solutions by Lynn provides this site and its services on an "as-is" basis. We are not responsible for any damages resulting from the use of this site or the reliance on information provided herein.
